When planning an indoor gardening, grow tent is the most important and essential tool but it’s more important to know how to set up a grow tent. Why? Each grow tent brand has different features. However, most of grow tents available on the market today are similar. Therefore, the basic assembling process will include 2 parts. First, you have to assemble the frame then cover by clothes.
However, before this step, you have to determine the installed area for growroom set up and do all essential measurements to make sure everything is in control. After finishing, you should spend about 5 minutes to attach to specific add-ons. In case you buy a large one in place of a small grow tent, it may be hard for you to set up that alone.

It’s very simple to set up the grow light. What you have to do is just to set up holders to attach the hood and organize neatly the wiring outside to the plugs and timer. In the event of the closed-hood HID fixture, let you attach the ducting as well as exhaust to the outside.

After completing, don’t forget that dialing in which is very important since it can let you know the balance of elements of the environment such as heat, airflow, and humidity between the pieces of your installed equipment as long as your grow tent can function properly and constantly.
At that time, you should also check what you have installed by letting them run in a while. Furthermore, the environment meters must be in the grow tent always even when there are any plants inside because thanks to that, you will feel how the grow tent is running.

Tips for lighting:
- Keep in mind to adjust an appropriate height for lighting as each different kind of light such as LED, HID, reflector types, and lighting wattage need to be applied different distances from plants. To know exact information, you had better check the recommendation in advance.
- Never let water near to electronics by steering clear of splashing water on lights even ballasts.
- If you choose HID bulbs, on the first start-up day let it run at least 12 hours for its maximum life.
- Remember to wear gloves to change bulbs. If not, don’t touch the glass because oils in your hands can ruin them.
